tonyg776, Welcome, It can be welded using a lo-hi process such as SMAW with a 7018. It can also be welded using other processes. I have only used the 7018 in field following the WPS set forth. I assume you are looking specifically for a WPS written by a WE regarding your specific welding application. I cannot help you there.
