This paper presents the steels strain fatigue behavior parameters at 350 °C that are tested by strain-control method in accordance with ASTM and state standards (GB). Interfacial structure and mechanical properties of hot 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel were 100 mm × 70 mm × 19 mm and 120 mm × 70 mm × 19 mm, respectively. The dimensions of pure niobium foil used as interlayer were 110 mm × 80 mm × 0.5 mm. The chemical composition and tensile properties of Ti6Al4V and 0Cr18Ni10Ti used are given in Tables 1 and 2, respectively.
